PSW 签证将在2013年底到期， 公司可以给我做工签。 :smiley:

工签工作职位必须是 NQF Level 6 或是 年薪 20，300 以上， 如果老板给我的职位code practice 是 NQF LEVEL4, 但他调涨年薪到 21，000， 这样可以吗？:cn02:

Under £20,300, and you have or last had permission to stay in the UK as:
• a Tier 2 (General) migrant under the Immigration Rules in place before 6 April 2011;
• a Jewish agency employee;

• a minister of religion, missionary or member of a religious order;
• a representative of an overseas newspaper, news agency or broadcasting organisation; or
• a work permit holder. 20
Under £20,300, and you are not in one of the categories listed above 0

另外，我的男友也是PSW签证，年底到期， 我们是Unmarried Partner (有4年同居），当我递交我的Tier2 签证时，是否也可以同时递交他dependent (unmarried partner) ？:-?
看了很多帖子，每个都说必须回国转签，但是在UKBA网页却找不到任何说明一定要回国转签。记得有个搂主成功同时办签自己工作签证和LG的dependent visa.

NQF level6和20300是两者都要满足，不是“或”，所以达不到level 6就不能申请T2G。（除非是短缺职业或creative sector）

另外你男友PSW申请dependant必须回国，否则就等拒签。（月经帖了。版主都回答过无数次的问题了。）
境内switch to PBS dependant的要求自己看guidance第10页第31条。
