求助！请教已经申请过的同学们：
按我的理解，如果从PSW转成TIER 2 GENERAL现在是不用做labor makert test的，只要job type在NQF Level 6 以上并且够相应的工资就可以请公司签 certificate of sponsorship了。
是不一定非要在shortage occupation list上的？也不需要提供6个月的工资单了？
在申请COS的时候遇到不能assign的情况，不知道是不是因为这几个打星号的没有填。。。
