Tier 2换工作, help!

现在持有tier2, 换新工作需要申请新的tier2，。因为已经在英国境内，所以是不是不能直接申请Tier 2 general，而应该走"Extend your Tier2 visa"或者 “Switch to Tier 2 Visa”?
Which one do I need to choose?

我现在的困惑是，
如果走 “Extend your Tier2 visa”, 它需要满足
you have the same job as when you were issued your previous permission to enter or stay in the UK
you’re still working for the employer who assigned your certificate of sponsorship
但是我是新单位新工作。

如果走"Switch to Tier 2 Visa", 需要现在持有非Tier2 general才能Switch到Tier2 general。
但我现在已经持有的是Tier2 general

到底应该申请哪一项？

那你的意思是说你持有T2的时候换工作了但是你新的雇主没给你申请新的T2 G visa是吗

新雇主给申请。我只是不知道该怎么申请。上网直接申请，系统说你已经在英国境内只能extend or switch. 但这两个感觉也都有不满足的地方。

If you change your job
You may need to apply to extend your Tier 2 (General) visa application if:

you want to change your job and your new job is with a different employer
your job changes to a different standard occupation classification (SOC) code
your job is taken off the shortage occupation list
your changes of job means you are paid less than the amount stated on your certificate of sponsorship or work permit

还是t2 general 只是换雇主，新公司需要给你cos 拿这个加上你的3个银行单和工资单，换签证，详细要求看t2申请说明

我也是目前under Tier2 现在换工作，对方公司hr申请的cos上写的是是Tier2 (general - changes of employment)，并且hr跟我说因为你是换工作要申请新的tier 2，可我看网上觉得我应该申请extend……
