我现在拿tier2 ICT签证，马上要去申请tier 2 general. 想请问这种情况下配偶需要提供evidence of maintenance嘛？我看ukba的pbs dependent policy里第51条写
“For example, where the Tier 2 Migrant is submitting an application because he/she is changing employment within Tier 2, neither the Tier 2 Migrant nor any family member is required to submit evidence that they meet the maintenance requirement.”
想请大家帮我确认一下是不是我这种情况dependent就不需要提供maintenance证明了？
另外dependant application form 上的问题m3. is the main applicant making an application as:
- initial (switching) applicant
- an extension of his/her existing leave
- a result of a change of employment
我是应该选1还是选３呢？
