我马上要工签五年转PR了，在填写申请表SET（O）的时候，有几个问题不太确定，麻烦大家帮忙看一下，感激不尽。
先简单说一下我的情况。
• 2005.09 – 2009.10 study in the UK
• 2009.10 – 2010.8 work in Singapore
• 2010.08 拿着PSW两年签证再次回到英国, 于2011年1月找到工作，但是2011.01-2012.08用的PSW签证工作，直到2012年8月拿到TIER 2签证，所以到今年2017年8月TIER 2 满5年可以申请PR.
所以我的问题是

6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based. – 这个我是写2005年第一次进入英国读书的日期还是距离2012年8月最近的一次进入英国的时间？

6.4 When did you last enter the UK? – 这个是写距离2017年8月满五年的最近的一次进入英国的时间吗？

7.13. How long have you lived in the UK?- 这个是从2005年算还是只需要写5年？ 要是按照2005年算，就12年了（中间09-10年有10个月gap），但7.14要写这12年离开英国超过6个月的时间，我是2009年到2010年离开的，但那段时间不在我5年工签的时间，所以是不是没必要写2005年12年就只需要按照2012年写五年就可以了？

10.13 Date your fingerprints were taken and Give details where your fingerprints were taken, including the town or city and country – 这个只记得续签tier 2 的时候在POST OFFICE 弄得，但是忘记具体的POST OFFICE 地址了，怎么办？

Section 12 那个Knowledge and language a relevant speaking and listening qualification, as described in the guidance on our website. –我在LSE读的书，所以这个只需要提供毕业证书就可以吗？
