O1. How will you show that you meet the maintenance requirement?
You meet the maintenance requirement if you:
- have personal savings of at least £800 (for
applications submitted before 14 June 2012) or
£900 (for applications submitted on or after 14
June 2012) which must have been held for a
consecutive 90 day period ending no more than
31 days before the date of this application
or - currently have leave to enter or remain in the
UK as a:
• Tier 2 migrant;
if your company have A grade sponsor licence , they can write a letter for your maintenance . the important for extent visa for tier 2 is the COS from your company licence.
