想咨询一下，我是Tier 4 Dependent 现在，然后拿到了lectureship (master + phd 都是在UK读的），现在要转工签，需要回国申请吗？一般多少时间回来呢？万分感谢啊！！！

可以境内转, 应该是需要HR出头申请Restricted COS, 具体找雇主大学的HR谈, 他们应该懂得.
