最近公司帮忙延期了我的工作签证，这次期满应该能申请永居了。
小高兴一个。
但最近出了一个小问题：
我在递交申请的时候，我是延期，我新生的儿子是新申请。所以公司出具了一个maintenance and accommodation信件。
其中有这么一段：
As an A rated sponsor, ×××（公司名） guarantees the maintenance and accommodation of ×××（我名字） in the UK up to a maximum of £900. In addition ×××（公司名） also accepts responsibility and certifies the maintenance of the following dependants of ×××（我名字） to a maximum of £600 per dependant for their first month in the UK。
按照我的理解，在第一个月，我可以享受900+600（我儿子的份额）=1500镑的报销。
但今天我申请报销的时候，HR给我回了这么一段：
It mentions that ×××（公司名） ‘guarantees’ maintenance and accommodation for you and your family. The word ‘guarantee’ in the case of this letter implies that ×××（公司名） undertaking to pay for you in the event that they cannot do it themselves, in the same way someone would ‘guarantee’ a loan. The letter does say that this undertaking is only for their first month in the UK which has now past – for example it would be valid if you were just starting the role.
我对HR的话的理解是：第一：公司出具这封信只是给申请签证提供保证或保障，不是必须给报销费用的；第二：只在第一个月有效，而且是在新加入公司的第一个月，不是visa延期后的第一个月。
请问，这种情况如何处理？是按照HR说的，啥都不能报销，还是可以有地方可以争取？
