Tier2 extension中的maintenance和accommodation问题

最近公司帮忙延期了我的工作签证,这次期满应该能申请永居了。
小高兴一个。

但最近出了一个小问题:
我在递交申请的时候,我是延期,我新生的儿子是新申请。所以公司出具了一个maintenance and accommodation信件。
其中有这么一段:
As an A rated sponsor, ×××(公司名) guarantees the maintenance and accommodation of ×××(我名字) in the UK up to a maximum of £900. In addition ×××(公司名) also accepts responsibility and certifies the maintenance of the following dependants of ×××(我名字) to a maximum of £600 per dependant for their first month in the UK。
按照我的理解,在第一个月,我可以享受900+600(我儿子的份额)=1500镑的报销。

但今天我申请报销的时候,HR给我回了这么一段:
It mentions that ×××(公司名) ‘guarantees’ maintenance and accommodation for you and your family. The word ‘guarantee’ in the case of this letter implies that ×××(公司名) undertaking to pay for you in the event that they cannot do it themselves, in the same way someone would ‘guarantee’ a loan. The letter does say that this undertaking is only for their first month in the UK which has now past – for example it would be valid if you were just starting the role.
我对HR的话的理解是:第一:公司出具这封信只是给申请签证提供保证或保障,不是必须给报销费用的;第二:只在第一个月有效,而且是在新加入公司的第一个月,不是visa延期后的第一个月。

请问,这种情况如何处理?是按照HR说的,啥都不能报销,还是可以有地方可以争取?

如果HR都已经那么明确地拒绝了,尤其是第二条,人家不可能你续签一次就当新入职吧?
至于第一条你好意思的话,你可以耍赖说自己搞不掂,上有老下有小还有一堆弟妹还小要靠你照顾,你照顾完他们就没钱剩啦,生活费和住宿都成问题啦。你跪求HR批给你咯。再说人家说那是LOAN,也是要还的,大概从你工资里扣除或者其他途径。
还有如果公司写这些本身是为了方便你签证用的模板式的信件,你开信前也没有人UNDERTAKE你些什么,你这样做我是老板我就相当反感你了。
