Thresholds
This document does not make any changes to the skills threshold for Tier 2, which remains at NQF level
6. The updated lists of occupations skilled to NQF level 4 and NQF level 3 apply to skilled workers who
entered Tier 2 before the threshold was raised to NQF level 6 in June 2012.
本人是2010年第一次拿到工签，2012年5月换雇主。14/05/2015 assigned Certificate of sponsorship, Current certificate status date : 10 /07/ 2012 那么应该以哪个日期为准？这次续签是否应该要按照修改条例后的30600这个工资底线来申请？
