用T2 dependent 签证工作了半年，现在公司帮办签证，需要做resident labour market test吗？

yes, you have to go back China to apply T2

这条有可能只是对于现有T2为同一雇主工作，申请续签时候适用，对于你的T2 dependent不一定适用，请仔细研读或咨询HO。
