最近听到学校说，我们的签证在学期结束后就会没效，我的签证是到明年1月，学期将于9月30号结束。学校说如果在9月30号后离开英国，就算签证到一月，我也不能再进英国了，这是新规定，请问是这样吗？
请问有人知道吗？
学业提前结束签证期限会缩短到60天，在这60天内你停留在英国是没有问题的，但如果离开英国再次返回就很有可能不被允许入境。
谢谢你的回复，但是我的学期结束是9月30号，我在9月30号后才回去，大概回去两个星期，那这样还可以回来吗? 因为还想回来玩玩呢~~:(
如无必要最好别这么做，我这个说法是有根据的，你可以找出UKBA的文档看看，General reasons for refusing Section 3 of 5 – Considering entry at UK port。
Page 74：
Change of circumstances
When a passenger’s circumstances have changed so that they can no longer get leave to enter in the category for which they were granted entry clearance, you may refuse leave to enter under paragraph 321(ii).
Change of purpose
When a passenger’s reason for entry has changed from that for which they were issued entry clearance, you should refuse leave to enter under paragraph 320(5).
Change of circumstances：你的学业已经结束了；Change of purpose：你用持有purpose是学习的学生签证但却用来回来玩，两方面都触及到了。
