Criminal record checks will be carried out in all cases. If you have a conviction which is not yet “spent” under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, an application for citizenship made now is unlikely to be successful. We would therefore advise you to wait until the end of the rehabilitation period before making an application.

上面那段话就是里面的一段，自己看看就知道他们要求是严格的了，而且每个申请都做犯罪纪律调查。

要是开车犯规要求上庭之类的没事，老实写，也能入，我朋友就是开车女儿没绑安全带要求上庭了，入籍是清楚写了，也没事

一定要写，一般交通违章什么的不影响

不要误导哟， 开车犯规也会好多种的，比如charging dangerous driving 就是一种criminal offence. 你女儿没绑安全带不属于 serious offences/ criminal offence，自然不会被记载内。 另外speeding convictions， parking violations 这样的也不算criminal offences. 很多specific statements 都会 clarify even further like ‘except parking violations’ unless there is a specific “exception” include it.

自已就可以申请查阅，不过太具体的没接触过，无法具体回答。

普通超速的，4年后可以清除记录，不过要交20镑给DVLA。

真是太感谢你的帮助了， 只是我有点不明白，为什么有些人说6个月spent, 有些人说5年spent呢？

还有，如果假释阶段，就是说法院还没有定罪，UKBA可以查到目前被charge的情况吗？
