借女生板的人气 请教问题 请斑竹手下留情哈。。。有在做cash方面的operation的吗

RT。。。
现在的部门里工作不是很开心 工作也不是很喜欢或很讨厌 但是可以一整天不用说话的 就一直做的（工作量很大）感觉对自己的soft skill的锻炼不是很好 相反 工作越久 发现自己越来越害怕和别人讲话。。。
刚好公司的operation department有个职位， 看感觉是做cash方面的， 比如Prepare daily cash report and valuation reports, monitor fund accounting, custody, settlement operations, reconcile records for portfolio holdings and cash positions, perform accurate and prompt processing of transactions…

但是在犹豫要不要调过去 感觉这个职位好像和accounting联系更紧密点 如果是关于equity or fixed income or derivatives 的话 自己肯定是会毫不犹豫地申请的
也怕一直换工作对以后找工作不是很好 （由于一些原因 毕业后1年多才开始全职工作，现在在目前的职位上才1年）

请教见多识广的JMS 给点意见

can you tell me a bit more about it pls? like do you have to interact with the traders or do the things like P&L? has it got much to do with trade booking, confirmation things? or it is just more about accounting?

as my current work is crazy as well, and the things that I have to do is more on T+2 or T+1, working from 9am to 8pm if it is not busy season, and 9am to 10pm or even later if it is busy season, and got different deadlines during the day and week and month, and got two monster bosses shouting at you even if it is not your fault…so i wanna have a change, but wanna do something which is more about trade lifecycle…

i would be very grateful for your kind tips :cn08:

I m doin AR and sometimes AP…not sure if it’s what you gonna do on that position but I don’t deal with clients directly…we have ppls at each location interact with clients and we just process whatever they have… it’s painful when ppl from location mess stuff up… my part is more like reconcil…and keep track of client’s account.but ya lots number and when it comes big amount you don’t want do anything wrong…however if ur team and boss are supportive and helpful there is nothing to worry about even ur make mistake… once you know what ur doing it wont be too scary…

NO CHINESE AT WORK EITHER…

我的工作性质跟你的说明有点不一样，我不跟TRADER直接打交道，更多打交道的是跟银行，而且主要负责的事情我觉得应该是跟公司经营内容相关的。ACCOUNTING部分就是基础，当然月报季报年报也是会死人的。就跟LS一样，我每天过手都是上百万甚至到亿，不能有一点错，压力很大，好老板是关键。学到的东西是真的多，而且交际范围很广
