刚拿永居，是从旧的5年工签转的，就之前所知的讯息来看是要拿PR一年后才能申请入籍，但Home Office上的Residential requirements for naturalisation 的要求说
been resident in the UK for at least five years (this is known as the residential qualifying period); and
been present in the UK five years before the date of your application; and
not spent more than 450 days outside the UK during the five-year period; and
not spent more than 90 days outside the UK in the last 12 months of the five-year period
过去连续的5年在这里加上没出境超过450天以及in the last12 months出境也没超过90天，这样不是eligible to apply啦？这样理解对吗？请教有经验的人，谢谢！
