Position 1: Senior Business Consultant SAP for SD/CS
Location: Beijing
Summary: Project management, consulting, customization, enhancements, support of interfaces and data transfers from and to connected system
Report: Asia IT Manager
Supervision / Management of staff: no
Leadership: Project Management of partly interdisciplinary and partly international IT projects of average complexity
Main Responsibilities
Act as a consultant for internal customers, clarification and documentation of requirements. 10%.
Act as leader or coworker in IT-projects. (Project management, analysis and optimization of complex processes in alignment with group standards, concept design, customizing, implementation, test and documentation, permission management, coordination of key users, training) 40%.
Support of process changes (As-is analysis, concept design, implementation, test and documentation) 10%.
Analysis of software requirements (Analysis of implementation feasibility along out of the box capabilities, concept design, effort estimation) 10%.
Implementation of software requirements utilizing various programming and communication techniques. (Reporting, data migration, offline- und online interfaces) 10%.
Act as second level support for the systems in charge (Incident-, problem- and change management) 10 %.

Education
Bachelor in computer science or higher or equivalent
At least 2-3 years of business experience in SAP projects
IT-Skills
Proven experience with the SAP-modules SD and CS (use and customization)
Excellent knowledge of additional SAP-modules CO, FI (use and customization)
Excellent knowledge of the SAP ABAP
Good knowledge of SAP interface- and communication technologies
Basic knowledge of SAP architecture, functionalities, platforms and subsystems
Basic knowledge of dialog-programming and HTML-, XML and JAVA
Proven project management skills
Good knowledge of SAP reporting tools (Report Writer, Query, Aspect, etc.)
Basic knowledge of SAP workflow builder
Basic knowledge of Master Data Management
Good knowledge of the SAP PI would be of advantage

Position 2: Senior Business Consultant SAP for Supply Chain Processes
Location: Beijing
Summary: Project management, consulting, customization, enhancements, support of interfaces and data transfers from and to connected system
Report: Asia IT Manager
Supervision / Management of staff: no
Leadership: Project Management of partly interdisciplinary and partly international IT projects of average complexity
Main Task:
Consult internal customers, clarify their requests in detail.
Management of IT projects, collaboration in IT projects(project lead, secure, project management process, analyze and optimize complex, processes, document detailed technical concept, supervise customizing, implementation, and tests, support key users).
Support in case of process changes (As-Is analysis, creation of detailed concept, cost estimation).
Analysis of software requests (check of coverage rate in standard application, creation of detailed concept, cost estimation).
Second Level Support for provided IT applications (Incident, Change and Problem Management).
Responsible for local IT budget, forecast, actual cost monitor and control.
Leadership of (inter-)national IT-Projects. This includes project leading, indemnification of project management policy, analysis and optimization of (-subsidiary) comprehensive processes, creation of concepts, implementation, documentation, coordination of external companies and partners, advisement for local IT-staff and customers. Complete coordination and adjustment together with CEO China, the identified Key Users for business processes and the process experts from Group Information Management department.
Work together with purchasing department for the necessary hardware procurement to operate the IT systems in the Sales Area China.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor of computer science or equivalence.
Very good know in good understanding on the process (talk with the process owner, understand the process, take them down and seek what is in the module that can meet the requirement or find an alternative to solve in the module).
Communication skill, organized mindset, detailed which module: PP, MM, SD Have chance to be involved in EWM (extended warehouse management).
2–3 SAP modules or SAP solutions, good knowledge in adjoining module (processes, application and customizing).
Business processes of at least 2 core or support processes.
Project management (with international teams).
Interface- and communication technologies.
Architecture of the used platforms.
Documentation.
Work in an international company.

Position 3: Business Consultant Manager for Competence Center CRM Region A-Pac
Location: Beijing

Leadership: Project Management of partly interdisciplinary and partly international IT projects of average complexity
Main Task:
Implementation of Group Marketing Sales and Service Processes, Gap Analysis, Leading Process Change, Implement defined role, Implement Group KPIs.
Implement the selected CRM solution in the relevant subsidiary.
Harmonize CRM and ERP in Connection with IT department.
Document the relevant systems and build training material.
Train in train-the-trainer concept.
Discover, document, and analyze key organizational processes.
Maintain a working knowledge of platform innovations, third party integrations, solutions design, and process methodology
Requirements:
Education: tertiary education: Master of science in informatics, Master of Business Administration.
Know How: Very good know how in: Experience in Marketing, sales and Service process designs.
Experience with MS Dynamics CRM 4.0/ 2011.
Advantage: certification as MS CRM consultant.
