Office Administrator Wanted

We are a fast growing import & export company. The company works with shipping company and handle shipments to and from Fareast. The main office is based in the city centre of Manchester. We are now recruiting Office Administrator and it is a full time position based in office.

Responsibilities:

  1. This position needs to arrange shipping/haulage and relevant documents.

  2. The role should be able to produce work in Word and Excel format.

  3. The position needs to follow up details with patient. Able to provide cover for other colleagues if required.

  4. Full training will be given.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  1. Experience is not essential. Be able to work in UK legally.

  2. Knowledge of IT and good at using WORD, EXCEL and Outlook.

  3. Team-work focused. Ability to plan and prioritise. Must be able to meet deadlines and work in a pressured and demanding environment. Ability to work well with people. Good communication skills. Good telephone manner.

Working hours: 8:30am-6:00pm (one hour lunch break), Monday to Friday.
