请教大家，记得以前在HO网站好像看过在续签申请提交之后，若超过当前的签证有效期还没拿到新签证，还是可以合法居留和工作的，但是现在HO网站找不到相关说明了，麻烦知道的达人能给指点下吗？谢谢！！
在当前签证到期前递交的，可以在HO受理过程中合法延续当前签证的合法居留，这就是为什么许多人等了半年1年还得不到永居/国籍但是可以合法在此期间生活在英国的原因。不用担心。
