所以这种RA就不需要去做嘛。的确很多RA都是没有技术含量的，做一些整理分类用软件的工作。需要博士学位的RA就去争取吧。

但是学校很牛，人也很牛，只是做的比较应用。我就纠结了，都不知道怎么办了。

呵呵，我老板用的借口也是一样，肯定不会说不帮你，而是每次都说很想你发文章，但最后你把文章给他他就放一边，催了n次都没结果。
对老板少点幻想，找一个靠得住的讲师或什么的合作，这样就算你投出去你老板就没话说了
I am in 2nd year now…He has helped me to publish a paper in a book he edited with a famous prof in another university.
The paper was purely theoretical, and descrptive. Lack of innovation (find this is hell important for get published due to lack of contribution to the current literature), and no way to get published. The reviewers from the Journal…wooww…very sharp and mean.
lol…about 2 hours ago, he sent me updated abstract for the paper we are working on now and are approaching the deadline for abstract submission. 
first grant当然有年限要求，一般在成为独立的researcher（不包括博士和博后 ）三年或者四年或者五年之内。再长就只能申请别的了啊
3年，项目2年，125k封顶，招个RA都不够。。。
