GCHQ, 就是英国的情报机构。跟MI5, MI6近期招收的Mandarin Specialist岗位一样，都需要是British Citizens, 过去10年中有8年都在英国居住，并且父母一方是英国人，算是有substantial ties.
说实话，如果不是在英国出生或者从小在英长大，百分百被英化的人，也很难能心甘情愿地做这种汉语情报员的工作吧。
这不就是MI5的工作吗。。。。。。汗死，
