如果投资移民没有硬性要求不能读书研究，那期间我不投资工作，也没公司，就纯是为了最初的一个3年签证下来，就只是读书会被查到吗？会遣送吗？
另外，那做这个投资移民，200w能不能做假的？听有的朋友说就是国内做假，因为我也不是为了移民，就是想有个签证来读研，所以不打算真的投出200w给英国，这样可行吗？

学校会检查你的签证类型的，应该不行。
是没有说tier1不能读书，但是一定要满足以下条件阿。
you must register as self-employed with HM Revenue & Customs, register a new company in which you are a director, or register as a director of an existing company within 6 months from your specified date; and
you must continue to have access to the funds you had when you made your application unless you have spent them establishing or running your business which excludes payments you have received from the business.
We may cancel your permission to stay (also known as curtailment of your leave) if you do not meet both of these conditions.
另外最近这类申请通过率才50%阿。。没有很好的bussiness plan比较难拿到。。至于作假嘛，不怕一万，只怕万一。移民局可不管你作假是为了读书还是移民。。
读研也不一定非得在英国嘛
你说的那个不叫投资移民签证，叫企业家签证。如果是真的投资移民签证 就没有限制了，你愿意干啥都行。
首先投资移民是指Tier 1 Investor，是最少要有100万英镑的，可以自由读书、工作、经商都可以。你说的200万，估计是200万人民币，是Tier 1 Entrepreneur，叫企业家移民。
不能造假，没这个资金，没有真正可行的商业计划，没有相关背景，你拿不到这个签证。即便拿到，6个月内不注册公司、钱不是你自己的话被发现了，一样可以取消你的签证。所以想造假的话就不用考虑了。
