  1. 我在英国7年了.结婚2年半,老公是英国人,上周我刚拿到永居,我看 home office 的官方网站，又听很多网友们说是可以直接申请入籍的,但是我咨询了律师,他说any adult who wants to apply for naturalisation always had to complete a minimum 12 months on ILR. 觉得很困惑！！

  2. 过了28/10/13，需要语言证明，我有Ielts 7分成绩，能不能用？还是必须用ECOL??

不需要１２个月啊，你自己到UKBA上看要求就好啦，那些律师其实还不如自己呢

Immigration time restrictions

You must be free from immigration time restrictions on the day you make your application. This often means having already gained settled status before you make your citizenship application. How and when you are eligible for settled status will depend on the immigration category you were in and successfully meeting its requirements for indefinite leave to enter or remain. For example spouses and civil partners of British citizens who must complete a 5 year probationary period under Appendix FM would generally have the opportunity to apply for naturalisation on this basis once they complete the 5 year period and obtain indefinite leave to remain provided they can also meet the other requirements of naturalisation at that time.

上面这段话来自UKBA，请看第一句，只需要在申请入籍的那天有永居就行了

1.我的律師也是這麼跟我說, 但我沒理她, 因為在我拿了ILR (今年5月份)后, 我連續住滿3年(QUALIFYING PERIOD), 就入紙申請入藉了, 最重要是你要符合UKBA的QUALIFYING PERIOD (大前提是你居住英國時間要合法), 不然, 你的申請便泡湯了…

我刚刚今天去申请的，好像是可以。我是先拿到PR， 然后结婚的，上周刚刚过12个月。刚才那个人说你是不是按结婚申请，我说是PR申请，他说其实你是可以结婚后就可以，在这里3年。
我当时不是100%确定，觉得800多邦试一下挺贵，反正不着急，就没弄。

MM现在申请已经来不及了，那个NCS要提前预约的

我看了好多遍了，都觉得好像没什么问题。但是律师坚持必须等12个月，所以我就很迷茫。。

那亲爱的，你申请成功了吗？你是自己，还是找NCS？？靠普吗？？

律师;P lz应该要求看一下他的qualification.
lz的情况可以直接入籍。你去ncs她们首先会问你是通过marriage还是通过5 years rule入籍。区别就在于一个是3年住满，pr之后无须finish 1 year free from immigration control；另一个则需要5年住满并且满足pr之后的1年free from immigration control.
入籍申请表格上也专门有通过marriage申请入籍的一个section。

剛透過NCS辦了…現在只有"痴痴的等"…因為趕在10/28前的申請很多啊…

现在就可以申请，不过有个前提条件是你在申请之前的一年不能在境外3个月还是6个月，我申请的时候有说。
