个人觉得不用再第一年就消费掉，应该是在1-3年内以公司的名义花掉。真羡慕你都已经过了。。。。
不是说要在规定期限里面投出5W的么。。。
只要在你第三年续签的时候能证明你已经把5W都投资在你的企业里就行了

如果三年内花不完怎么办呀?
Guidance上说明资金需要用于经营，不能只放在公司账户上。因此如果你没有把5万镑都用到经营上，自然就不符合这个规定了。

实际运作上你如果想打擦边球想知道行与不行，这个就没人能帮你预计到了，因为你操作时哪些事情是over the line并非像你描述的这样三言两语就能说清楚。
