目前一家三口都是PR,孩子是在香港父母拿到pr前出生。 问题是：
（1）母亲申请入籍的时候，能否只带孩子一起申请，但是父亲不申请，想继续持有永居。
（2）孩子HK出生，MN1用不了，那是什么表格MN2??
(3) 孩子是不是必须在英国3年，3年离境时间不能超过270天？

我家孩子英国出生可以一起申请，不知道在HK出生有没有区别
一家3口都是PR，也就是孩子有PR？如果是，跟出生地没关系的阿，就是普通的family PR，所以可以family申请入籍的啊。你lg申不申请入籍根孩子如不入籍没关系的啊。

当然是用MN1表格按照section 3(2)/section 3(5)申请
自己仔细看看guidance就知道了
