楼主是拿到上一个dependent visa满两年了吗 还是不满两年但是跟老公住了两年
我们结婚5年多了，而且一直在英国
T 1 g，有提供离境证明信
也就是说楼主第一个dependant 签证是5年前拿的对吧
我老公拿的2+3年的dependant签证

因为上面写的是同住两年，但是没有写结婚几年 不知道我这个可不可以
只要2人的住的一个地址，各种bill什么的都是1个地址就算
No matter how long your marrige is however the two years cohabition needs to be completed before you go for ilr with main applicant.
我的情况是拿dependant 签证不到2年，但是住在一起有2年多了，网站上只写了住了两年，之前有dependant就可以了，但是移民法了写的就很模糊了。
Please note the cohabitation start from the date of dependant visa issued.
But better check with solicitor to verify

好的多谢啦，但是拿到签证的时候基本在国内，因为第一次签要回国签，签完了并没有立刻回英国，所以是不是还有个入境激活这一说。因为听说spouse visa有这个规定
