上诉赢了

工签转永居段了3个月,上诉靠人权赢了,上诉赢了还要等多九,人权居留是2年半吗,这样后面5年加起来,我还可以用工签申请永居吗,谢谢大侠们。

DLR是条不归路，只能2.5×4慢慢熬了，不过如果你胜诉应该是直接给你ILR才对吧

Yes you won your appeal based on article 8 which is human rights act. Please share what ties you provided when your appeal if you don’t mind. Your expierences surely will help ppl on this fourm.
