第一次遇到要押金的事，没有经验， 求各位大哥帮忙一下要回要押金
一月底我搬出了租的房子， 钥匙房东说直接丢在信箱里面，他们去拿。
然后check out我没有和房东一起做。
因为知道自己怎么清洁他们都不会满意， 所以当时和房东说的是他可以请professional cleaner来清洁房子。
我搬走的时候没有清洁房子。 留给专业的人清洁了
房子当时的清洁状况是厨房很多油烟，需要清洁油烟，然后厕所不通风 ， 常年有发霉，我之前是用超市的去霉剂喷的。
卧室保持得很干净， 但是墙上有刮痕，但是是搬进来就有
我的押金是565镑
然后三月初房东发来一个清单要我交500磅清洁费，还有250磅刷墙壁费用。
另外他还指出有damage的家具， 但是很多家具在我搬进去的时候已经坏了，我当时写在了check in list上面。
还有一个浴室的门，门锁当时打不开，我打电话叫消防员打开弄坏了， 门上有一个洞是我敲坏的， 房东说要整个门换掉。要求350+ 镑。如果我想不交这个钱，就要联系消防局拿到当时修门的report， 我打电话去消防局，他们说找不到什么report。 这个情况应该怎么办呢？
这是房东给我写的信，他要求我和中介说同意把押金全部返回给他。
还要我给他其他超过的钱。
问了中介， 我的押金在TDS， 请问各位大哥， 我现在应该怎么反驳房东呢？英文不是很好， 求大哥帮忙。 非常感谢。
I have enclosed estimate and bills from my
co landlord Alan for cleaning of totalling £750
in addition to the cleaning Alan has reported
that there is an Ikea chest of Drawers and a bedside cabinet missing from the small bedroom
the chest of drawers was broken in the master bedroom
Two un removable Carpet stains in Master bedroom
2 un removable hooks placed on ensuite door, removing them would damage door
Damaged dining room table needing replacement
In addition we had an estimate of £350 to replace a standard beech bathroom door
however, it appears that the door is not standard size, being considerably taller
this means that it would have to be made
We are awaiting estimates for some one to make a new door and re fix it
however, as you state that the damage was caused by the Fire Brigade,
I have been advised if indeed the door was damaged by the Fire Brigade
it is your responsibility to contact the Fire Brigade ,
and ask for an incident report including the fact that the damage was caused by them opening the door.
If that is the case, the cost of the door replacement is not your liability
