You need a copy of Tenancy Agreement both signed by you and you landlord, a letter from landlord saying that you are currently living there and you’ll be continuously living there with yr spouse on his/her arrival. Simples!!!

如果房子是找私人租的，没有通过中介，没有合同，怎么办？
只要房子不是你的，就必须得有房东的知情许可证明。有没有中介书面合同都要房东同意书的。
