今天刚刚收到的永居卡，我是通过10年申请到的永居，我老公是今年年初入籍的，我可以直接入籍吗？还是要必须多等一年？
拿到永居满一年再申请
不记得在哪里看的帖子了，意思大概就是如果配偶是英国籍，并且已经在英国住满5年，拿了永居以后是直接可以入籍的，我是不是不符合要求阿。

Q1: I was just granted ILR, when can I apply?
If not married to BC, the standard requirements need to be met. This includes holding ILR/PR for at least 12 months before applying.
If married to a BC, you can apply the same day you are granted ILR if you meet the spouse requirements which includes 3 years residence. Any legal stay in the UK counts.
An important requirement you should pay attention to is that you need to have been physically present in the UK at the beginning of the 3/5 years residence period i.e. the day the HO receives your application 3/5 years back. This is a pass/fail test and the HO has no discretion with this requirement.

lived in the UK for at least the 3 years before your application is received
spent no more than 270 days outside the UK in those 3 years
spent no more than 90 days outside the UK in the last 12 months
not broken any immigration laws while in the UK

不過這個其實你可以直接去預約NCS服務，然後他們審查材料的同時也可以為你做答，當他們不能回答，他們會立刻打電話去UKBA諮詢。因為當年我老婆入籍的時候，因為前12個月超出了規定的90天，超出大概10多天的時間。工作人員不太確定，於是打電話諮詢，結果對方說沒問題，我們就遞表了。

(2) The requirements referred to in sub-paragraph (1)(a) of this paragraph are—
(c) that he was not at any time in the period of twelve months so ending subject under the
immigration laws to any restriction on the period for which he might remain in the United Kingdom;
and
6（1）是针对走5年的，其中2(c)说明了是在过去12个月里不能有受到移民法限制，所以就是说申请前必须已经持有ILR12个月，也就是一定要等1年。
你的情况是

(c) that on the date of the application he was not subject under the immigration laws to any
restriction on the period for which he might remain in the United Kingdom; and
只是说你申请的时候不能受到移民法限制，所以说你可以直接申请。无需等待6（1）中的一年
