然后吧，在网上搜了一下，有人通过国内的结婚公证书拿到法国spouse申根的，也有人通过自己的翻译就拿到了的，也有人无法拿到
以前有需要申请申根的时候，到处看他们签证处的要求，各个国家要求不同，有的不收费，只收手续费。。等等。。我感觉从很多次的经验来谈，还是把旅游计划做好，酒店，机票，保险等等。。。我每次按照他们的要求准备却还会被要求东要求西，这样万无一失的申根申请已经是家常便饭，习惯了。我以前研究过，欧盟家属的自由进出是对于英国以外的其他欧盟成员国的。他们有家属卡，随便走。即使每次我和我老公都同时进出英国，去往别的欧洲国家，也没有一个人说，哦，你不需要签证的~不过GATWICK走过一次，我进来的时候，至少人家说，以后你排队和你先生一起过来~
现在脱离这些琐碎的签证申请，入了籍。因为爱旅游，很多地方自由进出，感觉非常方便！

EMM… I think in the case of France, there is no doubt that the foreign spouse of a UK citizen needs to apply for a visa. The exemption conditions are 'and’s.
- A valid travel document ;
- A valid UK residence permit with the endorsement “family member of EEA national” (this endorsement is compulsory to be visa exempted) ;
- and if they are joining or travelling with the EU national.
So you can’t travel without a visa if any of the above is violated. The Chinese spouse of a UK citizen never get the endorsement as far as I know…Although that is my understanding.
FYI, as a spouse of an EU citizen, you can join your husband in the EU passport queue. Just say you two are travelling as a family. To say that, I haven’t tried it yet, as I have never traveled into UK with my husband… how wired.
