LZ的英国VISA 是type D，ICT long term staff 5 年期限
想从伦敦申请short term stay, multiple 的爱尔兰签证（护照之前已经从别处办过两次爱尔兰VISA）
按照爱尔兰在英国使馆网站说
Note - The fee is waived for applications for short stay visas from nationals of the countries included in the Visa Waiver Programme who are resident in the UK. See schedule 2 of the Who needs a Visa tab for a list of countries who qualify for this waiver.
所以我找了VWP，里面section 15说
“nationals of the countries above, who are long term legal resident in the UK, will still required an Irish visa, but will have the visa fee waived as part of the programme.”
我的问题是，我这个五年期的ICT 英国visa 算是在VWP里的long term legal resident， 所以可以免签证费（虽然还是要办签证）对吗？
有没有类似情况的筒子办过，可以现身确认一下(顺便还有什么tips 免得多走一趟）？
