那个费列罗我基本一天会吃五六个,会不会太多了?到底几个才比较合适?

How much caffeine?
The amount of caffeine found in some foods and drinks is as follows:
one mug of instant coffee: 100mg
one mug of filter coffee: 140mg
one mug of tea: 75mg
one can of cola: 40mg
one can of energy drink: up to 80mg
one 50g bar of plain chocolate: up to 50mg
one 50g bar of milk chocolate: up to 25mg
费列罗没事,可可含量不高,黑巧不要多吃,吃了就记得不要再喝茶或者咖啡了
偶尔还好吧,我一般想吃就吃,管不住自己
怀孕期间就按平时饮食,适当增加蛋白等有营养的物质,减少含咖啡因,酒精的食物。
黑巧克力少吃,如果吃了, 按楼上说的当天就少喝或者不喝咖啡,茶。
一般的奶油巧克力因为含糖,热量高,可以解解馋,缓解嘴里没有味道。不要多吃,容易发胖。理解怀孕期间, 一吃自己喜欢的就刹不住嘴:D
我看书上说好巧克力是要补充一些对胎儿好的。我一天吃一些70%-80%黑巧克力。不担心孕糖。因为我本来有点偏低。
