那所以我就应该只付1月的SERVICE CHARGE 和 GROUND RENTAL 是吗? 可是他CHARGE的这部分钱是1月PORTION的2倍还多啊。。。 所以不明白。。我已经叫他CALL ME TO WALK THROUGH THE CALCULATION 了。。
这个SERVICE CHARGE 和GROUND RENTAL 是付给MANAGEMENT COMPANY的我理解
但是他另外还CHARGE 了我3笔 说也是MANAGEMENT COMPANY 收的
