我是工作签证！年薪29.6K 。我女朋友是学生签证去年二月份到期回国至今 我们想在英国注册结婚 想问一下办理什么签证她过来 我们可以在英国注册结婚？如果办理探亲访友签证她过来 我们是否可以在英国结婚？ 那需要什么条件？有没有法律要求？到哪里可以做一个详细的咨询？

可以申请Marriage Visitor visa 过来注册结婚，但是要回国转陪工签证

you’re not planning to stay or settle in the UK after your marriage or civil partnership
you meet the other eligibility requirements
What you can and can’t do
You can use this visa to marry or enter into a civil partnership in the UK:
within 6 months of your arrival
in any location licensed for this purpose
You can’t:
get public funds
bring in family members (‘dependants’) - they must apply separately
live in the UK for extended periods through frequent visits
extend your visa or switch to another visa
work or carry out any business
do a course of study
come to the UK specifically for private medical treatment
我们想在英国注册 然后马上转成陪工签证
除非你女友办个学生签证或者工作签证或者投资签证过来，才可以注册了就直接陪工签证，其他的visitor 签证不能在英国转换其他类型的签证。
旅行签证，访友签证，理论上甚至不可以在英国注册，更不可以转陪工签证。
不如你回国结婚，然后你女友办理陪工签证过来。
我们就是觉得在国内申请太麻烦了 加上假期有限

先羡慕一下楼主年薪。。。有一个专门结婚用的，楼上提到过，那个是6个月的签证。不要办理探亲访友签，这个签证不能结婚。PS.感觉在国内办结婚证更快吧。在英国结婚挺麻烦的还要等。
国内结婚9块钱 这边结婚差不多加个0再换成英镑 还要飞机票过来 再回国办陪工签证。。。

的确回国结婚会方便一些，反正陪伴签证也是要从国内办过来了。lz可以自己先回英国，太太拿到签证再过来就可以了。不过二位两地分居要注意提供相互通讯的证明和文件来证明你们真实持续的情侣关系呢。
工签不能用未婚妻签证申请未婚妻来结婚吗？如果是的话那对不起楼主，搞错了。
