朋友今天问我驾照扣分是从被抓到那天算起还是从宣判结果那天算起，我就懵了。我是真不知道啊。求扫盲！

有啊。朋友说她L牌的时候被抓，等了4个月，宣判结果还没下来，她上个月路考过了，现在不知道这分怎么扣了。

首先扣分啥的你那朋友真不用想太多，如果宣判邮寄该邮寄的然后扣分，你朋友现在连法院的宣判都没有着急什么？如果以前宣判了而你朋友搬家没收到那么法院就会通知dvla，当你那盆友考过驾照后会直接把分数扣掉的，所以，担心也没用
她现在主要怕驾照被吊销，因为刚考的。如果扣分是从宣判当日算起她就完了。如果是被抓当日那就还好，因为当时是L牌，她还有机会。话说我被她牵连了都不知道要咋办，郁闷！

根据扣分种类的轻重，endorsements removed date 可以是从offence date开始算起，也可以是从conviction date (法庭宣判的认罪日期）算起。
两者结果一样啊，被抓当日和宣判日扣分达到吊销驾照的都一样效果，话说出了多大问题啊怕成这样？

好吧，我再把事情经过重复一次。就是10月末的时候朋友拿我车练手，那时她是L牌，我坐副驾，她没有保险，被警察拦了，录了口供，我算连带责任。警察说判决书会寄到家里。可是都4个月了还没下来。刚好朋友1月中旬驾照考过了，也收到驾照了，但是分还没扣，现在她担心如果判决书下来驾照会被吊销。我这连带责任都不知道怎么判。

网站上只说了 3年内扣12分 吊销12个月1. A learner with a “clean” provisional licence is allowed to accumulate up to 6 points within the first 2 years of passing their FIRST driving test.
2. A learner with e.g. 6 points (already) on their provisional licence is allowed to take their test but will not be allowed to accumulate any more within the first 2 years. Any more points and the licence is revoked (by the DVLA acting on behalf of the Secretary of State).
3. A learner with e.g. 10 points (already) on their provisional licence is allowed to take their test but will not be allowed to accumulate any more within the first 2 years. In this case, and if the accrued total reaches 12 points, it is likely that the driver will receive a mandatory 6 month ban under the totting up rule (providing the 12 points were accrued within 3 years). A new test does not necessarily need to be taken as a driver cannot be punished twice for the same offence and a driving ban is regarded as being a more severe than a revocation.
4. If a licence is revoked by the DVLA, a new provisional must be obtained and a new theory and practical test must be taken
5. After a new test has been taken, the driver is NO LONGER bound by the New Drivers ACT and is allowed to accumulate up to a maximum of 12 points (within 3 years) before receiving a mandatory ban under the normal totting up procedure.
