各位高手大神，求指导！
我于2014年8月持T2 partner签证来到英国，本月我先生刚刚拿到十年LONG RESIDENCE永居，他的T2 签证将于2015年4月30日到期。这样的情况下，我是否可以直接申请 a ‘family of a settled person’ visa？因为在UKBA官方解释中看到一段说明： If your partner was in the UK on a temporary visa before settling or becoming a British citizen, you may have to apply as a ‘dependant’ (partner) in their original visa category. 这段说明让我倍感困惑，还请各路高手指点明路哇！！！
ho原文说的是t1 t2走5年路线得到ilr后，dependent不够5年不能一同申请ilr的话，需要继续续签dependent visa。
但lz的sponsor是半途转10年，所以lz需要转spouse visa，需要满足spouse visa的一切要求，而且5年从头来过。

其中选项1是：
First period of leave to remain (following an initial period of entry clearance as a partner of a settled person, or following an initial period of entry clearance as a fiance(e) or proposed civil partner of a settled person - 6 months)
请问斑竹我是否应该选择这一项？
我也在纠结这第三点。但是疑惑的是，我目前的签证不就已经是partner了吗？ T2 general partner。求斑竹大神详解

FLR(M)表格中section 4 dependent children这一部分又有新的疑问了！
孩子目前在国内，出生于之前一段婚姻关系中，抚养权已完全归属对方，从来没有申请过任何类别的英国签证，这次也不会一起申请。这样的情况下，是不是可以把整个SECTION 4直接跳过不填？
另外SECTION 12 DOCUMENTS这一部分中提到的孩子出生证的问题应该怎么解决？

如果你的孩子在英国，必须要填写阿，如果不在英国最好也填写，除非你收入不够。因为你孩子早晚要来的
You are making a first application from within the UK but have not previously had leave to enter/remain as a partner.
Pbs下一律叫dependant，第一条不满足following后面的条件，所以个人认为是第三项，还纠结就打电话给ho吧。
