英籍+英国永居不许要签法国签证？

下月初准备带媳妇孩子去法国迪斯尼，签证看来已经来不及了。
本人是英籍，媳妇孩子是永居，看了TLS的网站，上面写明了这种情况不需要申请法国签证，但是建议永居卡的持有者申请签证从而避免不必要的麻烦。我们开车从多佛尔过海，不知道如果不签证会不会有麻烦？请有亲身经历的朋友分享一下经历，多谢多谢。

真的是时间来不及了，不然肯定会去签证，毕竟到了外国也不想找麻烦。

下面是法国TLS的说法：

Family members of EU Nationals & Community right of free movement

EXEMPTION:
Pursuant to the Directive 2004/38, family members (spouse, dependent children under the age of 21 or direct dependent parent) of EU Nationals do not require a visa to travel to France if:

  • their UK residency states “Family Member of an EEA national” or “permanent residence card”
  • and they are travelling with their EU relative or meeting them in France.
    Attention: The French Consulate in London advise the holders of a “permanent residence card” to apply for a short stay visa in order to facilitate their border crossing and their circulation within the Schengen space. To avoid unnecessary problems whilst travelling it is advisable to carry along evidence of family relationship.

同求，5月老公和儿子去法国玩，我的也是永居，之前是要签证的，手续很简单，但是要去伦敦，免得烦，所以就给老公和儿子订了去。

如果要签证的话，最好还是签证去，因为我们之前也是开车去的，法国海关就看护照皮，EU的护照不看里面，但是看到我中国护照，就看了里面。

ILR is NOT equal yo ''permanent resident card" so you still need schengen visa

Permanent resident card is only issued to family member of non-UK EU/EEA citizen.

你这种情况应该是不要签证的。

需要签证。如果老公是欧盟比如法国或者意大利就不需要。我打电话去西班牙大使馆问过。

Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) is the term for British settlement or permanent residency. ILR status allows you to live and work in the UK without restrictions on the length of stay. You will need to get a visa prior to travel if your country is not listed. It needs to be applied for at the Consular Section of the German Embassy in London or the Consulate General in Edinburgh depending on your country/county of residence.

这个有用，分享给大家，也是为自己查的。不管怎么说，跟英籍配偶同行的申请简单多了，只要证明配偶关系就好了，而且是免费的。不需要事先准备行程单，酒店预付单等，说走就走，相对自由些。就是要跑趟伦敦，不过没事啊，就当旅游购物好了:loveliness:

Does the spouse of British national with UK permanent residence need a Schengen visa to travel to France?

Your wife will need a visa in any case. Being a UK resident does not open any right to enter other EU countries. The relevant rules are described on the website of the Consulate General of France in London.There are two scenarios:

If she is travelling alone, your wife will need a regular Schengen visa (which means providing documentation about her itinerary, finances, health insurance, etc. and paying the visa fee).
If she is travelling with you, she would also need a visa but it should be issued quickly and free of charge. In that case, she would only need to prove that she is indeed your wife and that you are a British citizen, the other requirements do not apply.

去了使馆，仔细问清楚了，我这种情况依旧需要签证。如果着急可以早点去，直接申请Premium Service,无须预约，就可以递材料。希望能够帮助有共同困扰的朋友。

3楼正解，ilr和permanent resident card是两个东西。楼主和非eea家属拿的“永居卡”严格来说是带有没有居留限制状态的居留卡，叫BRP with Indefinate leave to remain。
所以英国人的配偶只能享受免签证费（不免服务费）的优惠，不能享受免签的优惠。

帶小孩去，你和老公也要簽證只不過可以免簽證費，但是也要交簽證中心的服務費
