明早路考了，国内一直开车的，在这就练过2个小时课程熟悉了下。
我知道高速公路上面是平时都在最左边的车道，超车到右边，超完再回来。
我就想知道普通两车道的城市道路是不是也是这样的？我感觉应该也是，但是我记不得highway code上面有这样写的了。我马上会再看一遍highway code，顺便找找看。
问题是城市道路两车道，左边一会儿是公交车道，一会儿不是，如果尽量要使用左侧车道的话，遇到公交车道又要变回来岂不是特别麻烦？
自己看highway code了。应该城市道路(build up area)不需要在左边车道的。
关于使用左侧车道只有这两条，全部都是关于dual carriageway的。
137. On a two-lane dual carriageway you should stay in the left-hand lane. Use the right-hand lane for overtaking or turning right. After overtaking, move back to he left-hand lane when it is safe to do so.
138. On a three-lane dual carriageway, you may use the middle lane or the right-hand lane to overtake but return to the middle and then the left-hand lane when it is safe.
又看到一条。但我觉得这条是说的在英国车是靠左走的意思，并不是我说的几根车道里面也要靠左的意思。

还有一条是说的motorway的。
- You should always drive in the left-hand lane when the road ahead is clear. If you are overtaking a number of slower-moving vehicles, you should return to the left-hand lane as soon as you are safely past. Slow-moving or speed-restricted vehicles should always remain in the left-hand lane of the carriageway unless overtaking.

如果你开车速度慢的话，你确实需要频繁地转换左侧车道与公交车道，不然别的快车不好超车
