我有一个大姐姐，她是旅游签证刚刚到英国，但是她现在怀孕三个月了，可能是家里出了什么事情，她要 流掉这小孩（她已经有一个八岁的女儿了）想问问像她这种情况，在英国可以享受免费流产吗，如果不可以，那在哪里可以做呢？
私立，旅游是肯定不享受nhs的，也没有nhs号码，如果去nhs，留哪里的地址，过后那个地址就会收到账单，价格跟去私立没什么分别。

英国可以不经医生同意就流产吗？要有特别理由吧，比如说身体不适宜生孩子，孩子有缺陷等客观原因
流产这么大的事儿，回国吧。
可以的，女人有权利要求堕胎。爱尔兰就不可以，因为他们那边很多天主教信徒，就算女的被强奸后怀孕也不可以堕胎，除非怀孕危及女人的姓名才可以。上次看了关于这个的纪录片，觉得挺不人道的。他们觉得胎儿在腹中已经是一个人了，享有同等权利。
英国24周之前，女性要求就可以流产。没有特别要求。
伦敦的话私立去marie stopes或是https://www.bpas.org/bpaswoman/nhs-doctor 这两家都是非常可靠和有名的诊所。ＮＨＳ也授权这两家做公立的流产，所以没有問題。
一般来说，去正规的地方，流产是很安全的。但是需要考虑到的是，虽然风险很小，不是没有。如果出现問題，需要后期治疗，或是严重問題，需要住院，不能享受公立医疗会非常昂贵。如果没有特别的原因，在英国呆的时间不是很长的话，还是建议回国做。
除非在英国呆的时间很长，不打算近期回国，那么基于怀孕后期流产的风险较大，才建议在英国做。

英国可以想流产就流产没那么严格，流产不违法，但是自己做主，我怀孕医生都会问要留下来还是流掉。

我在香港时就听说需要两名医生的同意才可以，而医生同意的前提就是母亲身体有缺陷或孩子有权限之类的，使得堕胎要比生下来对母亲好些，我一直以为香港是抄英国的。
nhs上也写着“two doctors must agree that an abortion would cause less damage to a woman’s physical or mental health than continuing with the pregnancy”，这么卡莱女人是有权利要求，但是不是要求就可以的，要有两名医生同意
网上搜MARIE SCOPE医院专门做这个的，你要是旅游签证就收费的，好像也不贵的，陪朋友做过翻译去的
法律上是说要两个医生同意，但是医生不会为难病人的，只要是24周内。两个医生同意就是一个formality，诊所会安排两个医生签字的。
流产就是杀人.而且是杀自己的人.痛心.

一般你要求堕胎，都会同意的，除非堕胎危机到孕妇的生命吧。因为爱尔兰女人特地来英国堕胎。因为英国法律认为在肚子里的宝宝还不能享受法律给予的权利。

A woman may decide to have an abortion due to her personal circumstances. But there are also medical reasons why an abortion may be necessary.

•continuing with the pregnancy would involve a greater risk to the woman’s life than ending the pregnancy

尽量还是不要堕胎吧，不知道将来会不会后悔，毕竟是自己的娃。。。
