请问有没有人试过这个？ 我从来没用英国护照申请过中国签证，英国护照上的出生地写的是中国省份。现在想买国航的票去澳大利亚，途经北京停留72小时。不知道这样会有问题吗？会不会也跟在伦敦申请中国签证一样到时候落地要我以前的中国护照？
麻烦有经验的童鞋解答一下，谢谢。
英国护照在去年一月起可以在中国几个城市过境免签72小时，不知道可否出海关，还得等高人来解答。

As of January 1st, 2014, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Shenyang and Dalian will start a 72-hour visa-free stay policy for citizens of 51 countries if the tourists are holding third country visas and relevant air tickets. They can apply for a transit without visa(TWOV) in Beijing(at Beijing Capital International Airport), Shanghai(at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport or Pudong International Airport) , Guangzhou (at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport), Chengdu (at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport), Chongqing(at Chongqing jiangbei International Airport),Shenyang(at Shenyang Taoxian International Airport) and Dalian( at Dalian Zhoushuizi International Airport)

北京出入境边防总站站长助理吉丽霞介绍，享受72小时过境免签政策的外国人在首都国际机场入境时，必须持有本人能够证明其国籍身份的有效国际旅行证件，且持有72小时内已确认日期和座位的从首都国际机场出境前往第三国或地区的联程机票。北京边检部门将对符合过境免签政策的外国旅客开辟专门通道办理相关停留手续。在京期间，过境免签的旅客应携带护照，并在入住旅馆酒店24小时内向公安局和派出所报备。
需要特别提醒的是，申请72小时过境免签的外国人不能够离开北京，停留时间不能超过72小时，并且必须限从北京口岸离境。如遇不可抗力或者其他特殊原因需要在北京停留超过72小时或者需要离开北京的外国人，应当向北京市公安局出入境管理部门申请办理签证，对于停留超过72小时的，或者离开北京到其他城市没有按照规定办理签证手续的外国人，发现地公安机关出入境管理部门和边防检查站将按照外国人在华非法拘留的有关规定依法进行处理。

可以出海关，只需要提供连程机票即可，不需要出示你前一本中国护照。。
因为当你到达北京或上海转机后，你的护照只会盖印一个章，并不是CHINESE VISA。。。。
正常出关就行了
