提出入籍申请的时间

本人和另一女性朋友现在都是永居，配偶都是英籍人士，现在有2个问题想问问大家：
1）我如果想申请永居，能否在明年居住满一年的最后28天提出入籍申请？
2）我朋友她今天刚拿到永居，但她在英国居住已经超过3年，她是否现在就可以提出入籍申请，不用再等住多一年才申请？

1，住满一年不可以提前28天。
2，可以直接申请，不用等一年。

大家好，不好意思，本人也想问一个类似的问题，
看到这个帖子，就顺便借题一下，谢谢啦！
问题是关于入籍的，申请者必须在拿到永居之后满一年才可以申请入籍，
但是这个时间是从永居的issue date 还是签证的 recieveing date算？

这个是以issue date 为准，这也是UKVI系统里对你永居的记录。

如果算receiving date，万一邮局罢工迟到了几天，移民局怎么能把这个不定因素纳入你身份的正式数据呢。这个小点不需要纠结:)

And you must usually have:

lived in the UK for at least the 5 years before the date of your application
spent no more than 450 days outside the UK during those 5 years
spent no more than 90 days outside the UK in the last 12 months
been granted indefinite leave to stay in the UK (or permanent residence if you’re an EEA national) - this means there’s no specific date that you have to leave
had indefinite leave to stay in the UK for the last 12 months (or permanent residence if you’re an EEA national)
not broken any immigration laws while in the UK

拿到永居可以立刻申请护照吗？要求里面不是写要等12个月吗？
