觉得有点贵，不太合理，我的律师就列的不一样，没有这么多乱七八糟费用
口说无凭的，律师需要和银行确认你真的把mortgage fee交给银行了。律师当然不会免费进行确认，所以需要收费£125.00
这一口就125？金口呢。感觉mortgage offer下来，银行主动就寄给律师了
律师费675如果按照伦敦价格，不算贵。
mortgage fee这个事是这样的，你买房需要律师，贷款给你的银行也需要律师，很多时候买房人的律师就同时当贷款银行的律师所以收费，如果分开更贵还麻烦，不过你问我这个费用是不是acting for lender的费用。
fruad check如果只是一个买房人那贵了

大哥，没搞懂Fruad protection 是用来干嘛的。什么价格算合理呢？加急费用我看了下明目，意思是从exchange date算，5天内完成completion。
Fruad protection主要就是做买房人的identity check，一般check一个人20多胖子。

My solicitor does not charge extra for dealing with the lender, but she did say there would be additional charge if the completion was within 7 days after the exchange of contract, not sure how much it would be as the vendor required a completion date 2 weeks after the exchange.
