这个应该怎么写？1和2 有区别吗？是自住的小房子，对以后买第二套房子有没有影响？能不能自己写1%，老婆99%？或者自己0%？谢谢

两人共同房子，第一个选择一个人不在以后全部产权自动归另外一个。第二个选择一个人不在了，他(她(那一半按照他(她)的遗嘱处理。
你和律师确认一下。
就算房子是一个人的名字，房子是一个家庭的，名字不在上面那个人以后再买房子也是2nd home。
