律师提出提高律师费

买房子从一月份开始到现在，还没有完成，等的好痛苦，昨天收到律师的邮件，提出要把原先合同中500磅的律师费涨到650，原因是due to the

requirements of the Landlord in respect of the service of Notices of Assignment and Charge and also dealing with the Deed of Covenant and Certificate of Compliance.

买的是flat。

想问问有经验的朋友，这个涨价是合理的吗？然后我也要交 deed of covenant 的费用. 也是应该买房付吗？

我第一次买房子什么都不懂，律师说什么，我就听什么。想问问大家的意见。

然后还想问问，我下周律师通知交齐律师费，一月份开始的时候交了deposit, 然后这几个月就一直两边的律师工作了，这是不是说离completion不远了？

买flat，dealing with landlord的extra律师费不算不正常。

一般是exchange contract以后让律师给你个statement里面列出包括律师费stamp duty等等所有费用，complete那天中午以前全部转到律师事务所的客户帐户上。具体如何办，看律师最重给你的terms and conditions。
