i done the same, and also I have a criminal record of common assault, I have applied the citizenship through my lawyer, his advise to apply for a criminal record check, then submit with the application.

again, your offance is very miner compare to rape and murder, and also, it is 8 years ago, which is already spent.

Penalty points 3年清，但是会在驾照上保留到第4年，用不了5年。
