关于配偶签的资金要求是18600，如果收入不足要求部分，可以用存款补足，存款计算是（18600-收入）x 2.5 +16000
现在情况是这样，我老婆还有几个月就要续配偶签了，但是她还在修产假，产假从1月中开始的，如果按照产假之前的工资算，应该是差不多刚刚好能到，但是如果按产假拿的MA算，那就肯定不够，公司证明应该也只是写正常工资而不是MA，这搞得有点混乱了
请问各位大大，到底应该按照哪个算呢？申请表上应该以工资为主还是MA呢？
现在就是糊涂在不知道用产前的工资算还是产后的MA算，因为正好续签前的6个月是在休产假

过去6个月的工资单
按非产假时的工资来算的，楼上说得对，看半年的payslips还有P60。你老婆可以让工作单位出封信证明她的职位，入职时间和年薪。我上周配偶签续签成功，资料齐全很快的面签。
过去6个月没有工资单，因为休产假，拿的是maternity allowance，所以不知道是用产假前的工资算，还是产假这几个月的MA算

当然是按最近6个月的来算。

不好意思楼主，之前回复的是要按递交前6个月算的，但是最近研究了一下，在financial requirement那个文件里，有专门说明关于在申请前6个月之内有maternity leave的情况， 是可以选择‘申请前6个月 或者 产假开始前的6个月’
5.5.19 Where the applicant’s partner (and/or the applicant if they are in the UK with permission to work) is in receipt of maternity, paternity, adoption or sick pay, or has been so in the 6 months prior to the date of application, the relevant date for considering the length of employment and the income from the employment can be either:
The date of application; or
The date of commencement of the maternity, paternity, adoption or sick leave.
按照递交前6个月算，所以要按照MA算
