个人感觉如果退欧,房价短期下跌,也会出现一定幅度下跌,但都是短期,我指出的短期是6个月到24个月,但是不会长期低迷,投资资金和实际供需关系存在,如不退欧,房价也会还稳定上涨,除非供需关系出现实际变化,个人预测仅供大家参考
退欧与否都不会解决供需关系特别是伦敦,这个是我个人观点,供大于求,房价继续上涨
个人不会投资伦敦以外房产,除非自己住,我个人观点以稳定为主,每个国家的首都可以投,打内战的国家首都除外
本人觉得如果退欧,房价会涨,两年后可能会跌得严重。真要退欧,在英工作的欧盟人仕会在自己身份还可以借贷的情况下买房,真退了,以后借款就是一个问题,这边拿工签借款有并不容易。而身份,其实在英国只要有正常工作,欧盟的人就一定可以留下,根本不用太担心签证,因为英国也不是傻的,退欧不代表要放弃经济,与欧盟某些成员国的经济互利不变肯定是第一条策略。

British young people ,local people also want to buy properties ,it will be good for middle class to buy one property ,London property market is not depends on Chinese investment , then if UK economy will be increase even more then all European union countries after leave EU , the country will be even more stable ,so why investors should not invest their money in UK if UK leave EU
