个人感觉如果退欧，房价短期下跌，也会出现一定幅度下跌，但都是短期，我指出的短期是6个月到24个月，但是不会长期低迷，投资资金和实际供需关系存在，如不退欧，房价也会还稳定上涨，除非供需关系出现实际变化，个人预测仅供大家参考
退欧与否都不会解决供需关系特别是伦敦，这个是我个人观点，供大于求，房价继续上涨
个人不会投资伦敦以外房产，除非自己住，我个人观点以稳定为主，每个国家的首都可以投，打内战的国家首都除外
本人觉得如果退欧，房价会涨，两年后可能会跌得严重。真要退欧，在英工作的欧盟人仕会在自己身份还可以借贷的情况下买房，真退了，以后借款就是一个问题，这边拿工签借款有并不容易。而身份，其实在英国只要有正常工作，欧盟的人就一定可以留下，根本不用太担心签证，因为英国也不是傻的，退欧不代表要放弃经济，与欧盟某些成员国的经济互利不变肯定是第一条策略。
退欧了还有个毛的供需，只有供，没有需了，Canary wharf人去楼空……
British young people ,local people also want to buy properties ,it will be good for middle class to buy one property ,London property market is not depends on Chinese investment , then if UK economy will be increase even more then all European union countries after leave EU , the country will be even more stable ,so why investors should not invest their money in UK if UK leave EU
