看中一个18XX年的老cottage, 怎么很难找到保险公司呢？ 有没有谁住这种房子的，介绍下保险公司吧。 谢谢

Direct Line, aviva，lv, 大的那些 都保的阿。英国那么多人住老房子呢， 不可能都是 owned outright的。

Just use a normal home insurance provider. We did with ours.
Unless the property is listed (which won’t be the case if your property was built after 1840) or has non-standard features, it shouldn’t cause any concerns.

Absolutely agree! We use John Lewis , great service! Our house was built in 1880!
