建议楼主去看看崔玉涛，于莺等医学达人的微博，那个东西存着是几乎没有意义的，我能记起来的原因之一就是如果孩子得了一些严重疾病，比如白血病，倘若不是因为外界环境造成细胞的突变，而是遗传基因中本身带有病变因子，那么脐带血移植是不能治愈的，过几年还会复发。
另外由于脐带血的数量很少，只对15kg体重以下的孩子有效，再大就不够了。所以仅限于2岁以内，非携带性的病变疾病的移植。这么多条件限制下来，在比较一下存储的成本，就几乎毫无意义。
你相当于花天价买了一份几乎用不到的保险。

我家孩子出生前我做了非常多的研究，结论是就算需要用的时候，存的那点也是远远不够的，所以放弃了。这是我的见解，仅供参考，楼主自己做决定不要受我影响。

不要放弃，强烈建议大家都免费捐献出去！捐给医院，和公共脐带血库，能够造福其他千千万万个孩子，而且自己的孩子如果真的不幸，需要救治，也可以更容易在脐带血库得到其他孩子的配型。
自己存，1）国内一些医院和所谓的代理机构都是皮包公司，脐带血保存需要严格设备和技术，他们根本达不到保存的标准； 2) 达不到保存标准，他们也其实根本不打算替你保存，没有那么多场地和设备，只能仍了；3）我看到统计，好像只有不到几万分之一的孩子需要脐带血。那么如果你20年后真的需要了，去找存储机构要，他们说“啊呀，找不到了”，然后给你2000万私了，那个时候，家长急着治病，100%会接受，然后去找别地儿配型——这就是为啥国内脐带血商业化那么厉害，他们安安稳稳拿着另外几十万其他父母交的钱，然后拿出一星星都不到的钱赔你，绝对无本万利。
所以，请把脐带血捐出来吧！对人对自，都是造福！请大家转发，让跟多人知道！

这个我倒是问过医生了，37周前早产宝宝不建议存脐带血，因为宝宝需要那点血，37周之后足月的的宝宝就无所谓了，所以存不存捐不捐，那点血都是宝宝不要的。

We prebooked a phlebotomist via the stem cells bank, contacted her on the day and she showed up when the last stage of labour started. The collection was done immediately after my LO was born. To be honest you won’t even remember it compared to the actual birth itself.
The samples were then put into the collection kit and returned to us. Within the next few hours it was dispatched to the lab by a courier.
We received a certificate a couple of weeks later telling us the number of cells that have been processed successfully.
BTW the collection requires your hospital and midwife’s assistance. If you’re going to do it make sure you have communicated with them about it.

很简单，到医院生产之前，助产士就会问你愿不愿意捐献脐带血，并且会给你相关册子和表格。表格一定要在生产之前填好，签字，给回助产士/护士。然后生完之后，他们负责脐带血库的人会直接来取走胎盘，保存脐带血。另外，他们还需要给母亲抽一个血，再次化验血型和病毒等等。很简单。
