补充一下故事的起因: 8月份时候通过这个房产购买第二套房产,OFFER被接受后,我交了1000英镑的定金,然后开始做贷款,律师等手续。结果两周后,贷款经纪人告诉我,我的第二套房子BTL必须是永居身份,被银行拒绝。后来和这个中介 商量,叫他们等2个月,用我老婆的名义来购买。之所以等两个月,是因为我老婆从兼职转全职,工资也高了很多,拿2个月全职的工资单贷款,额度会增加很多。9月底时候,我打电话和MARK说,再等一个月,到10月底就可以开始新的交易。他说不确定到时候房子会不会在。我还特地问了一句“如果房子不在,押金怎么办?”,他说"放心,我们是朋友,会全额退还”。 等到10月底一切准备就绪时候,再次打电话给MARK, 结果房子已经被其他中介售出。接下来就出现了我讨要押金的情况。

近期,为了£1000的购房定金,和黑线Burnt Oak地区不良犹太人房产中介(Mark Ashley&Co)老板Mark Abraham两星期的抗争,今天落下帷幕,以里程碑式胜利狠狠扇了犹太人一巴掌,并成功拿回定金。事情本可以有个完美的结局,但是你不仁,我又何来以义相待?!
曾经,我们心平气和的谈过,电话里,对我以好友相称,并承诺,任何变动将会如数奉还定金。难而,虚伪面具的背后隐藏着一把对钱财渴求的利刃,并随时准备从背后捅你一刀;
曾经,还各执己见,据理力争过,无果; 曾经,也吵过闹过,999也打了,警察也来了,管不了。律师也咨询过,得到的结果是律师费要远远超出那一笔定金; 曾经,更选择退让过,只要求返还一半定金,让大家有个好的结果,但是发现这仅仅是我单方面的痴心妄想;
继续坚持? 还是选择放弃? 自认倒霉? 还是追究到底? 眼看自己的辛苦钱被自认为全球最聪明的犹太人无理霸占,难道就束手无策?! 持续两周的咽喉炎,难道就是在暗示我不要轻易地咽下这口气?。依稀记得周一那天,犹太人指着鼻子对我说的那一幕:“你一分钱也拿不到,你去找律师,不要和我谈”。
我丢下一句"走着瞧"后摔门离去。
接下来的几天,感谢他的一句话,让我彻夜难眠,绞尽脑汁,并给我坚持不言败的动力。随后,打电话给所有觉得能提供建议的朋友们,咨询过所有认识的房产经纪人,以及联系过之前购买过这家中介房产的买家。功夫不负我,2天的时间内,所收集到这家房产中介违反Trading Standard Agency交易规则和以及各个买家们证人证言,光是这些足以让这家25年历史的房产中介失去营业资格,并且面对数十万英镑的高额罚款。
昨夜,赶紧起草邮件发过去,并且告知将要致电当地报社,把恶行公之于众,让其噩名远扬。还要致信Small Claim Court要求法院介入调节。还没完,最后一步要投诉到TPOS.CO.UK(类似英国房产监督局,所有英国房产中介必须要注册成为会员后方可运营),营业执照将会轻易被吊销。
所有这些以邮件形式发过去后,不到十分钟时间,收到一条短信外加邮件,可以看出,他心慌了。立刻要求我把银行账户发过去,并说会表现都如绅士一般,让秘书退还我押金。
让我有些意外的是,对方同时打出感情牌,说他此时此刻,在医院,在父亲的病榻前,看着他慢慢死去。而我居然在这个时刻威胁他。
而,同样此时此刻的我,徘徊在愤怒,惩罚,报复与宽容的十字路口,该何去何从?
得饶人处且饶人? 还是以其人之道还治其人之身? 。

犹太人,你们有撰写<<圣经>>的智慧,有把上帝与耶稣植入教徒心中的能耐,却没能有抑制自己心中对金钱名利渴望的恶魔。每一次与犹太人打交道,都让我更能深入理解希特勒对犹太民族的仇恨以及后来的灭族性屠杀。

Hope you feel happy to hold my 1000 pound these days. And hope your father getting better.
I had give you one chance to smooth this thing out and have good end. But you didn’t reply back.
Anyway, Now, Let’s go for next step.
I had conversation with my solicitor. Nothing wrong my purchases. So you are welcome to report me to any part of the UK government.
Today I have good advises from my good friend who works with the estate agent. I have explain to them what you have done to me and all the other buyers. First thing, Good agency will never take deposit from a buyer, This is not right. Second thing, You ask me for the extra cash after my offer get accepted. I found another 2 buyers . One which is my neighbor , Who named Andy. You ask 15K on 2012 and he has to pay when the buyer accepted his offer. Another buyer is Tripian Solovastru, He try to buy a proterty from you last year which address is 23,Gloucester Grove, Burnt Oak. HA8 0LT. You also ask him extra 15K cash face to face. You sold few more properties on blundell road. It’s not hard for me to find these buyer and ask what you have asked and done from them.
All these things are breach the law of Trading Standard Agency.
You are a memeber of TPOS.CO.UK(The Property Ombudsman). If I report these informations plus all the review from google(see end of this email) and make a claim to this website. Can you imagine what will happen then? At the moment I have 3 witnesses can proof this. You will not just lose you license. Will also face a big amount of penalty charge. These will not the end. I will report these stories to Daily Mail and other local newspaper to explain what had happened on me and other buyers. Will you want see your company name on the local newspaper?
One more thing, We will also meet on small claim court. Let the court to make a decision. Even I couldn’t get these money back.
Polite Notice: Do not ever take any money from anyone else’s pocket which is not belonging to you. Things will not always go as you wish.
NOW I ASK YOU TO REFUND ME THE 1000 CASH WHICH I HAVE PAID. NOT 500 POUND. NOT ONE PENNY LESS.
This is the last chance give you to have a good end. If you don’t reply within 24 hours. Have a good luck.

I have been in the property market for 2 decades. I have never come across a company like this lot.
Not only did they undersell one of my properties , I later discovered cash transactions were paid directly to them by the purchaser.
I will be taking these guys to court!

this helpfulI tried to purchase a property through Mark Ashley. He made me pay £1000 to reserve the property which I did. He then told me a week later that if I wanted the property I had to use his solicitors and Mortgage broker. I had already arranged and paid for both of these services to be done. He told me that he did not care. He told me I would lose the property and my £1000 unless I did what he said. I am confused and really upset. I don’t know what to do.

律师真的是吃人不吐血,请个律师的费用比要回的deposit还要高。

他没有要保密性的退你押金啦,只是让他秘书退啊。

的确很少有agent向potential buyer收取押金,只见过new build要收类似的1000镑的押金的。

他说之前要他买的时候很好,差不多交换合同的态度就很差。
叫我的朋友快点还有骂我朋友的律师.因為之後他發現賣的是lease hold house但他說是free hold.
我朋友的律师要求他们先弄清楚,但他要我朋友快交易 .

楼主做得好,其实应该拿到钱也要告他们,后面的人还有很多受这个苦。
我曾经因为另一个犹太中介要求交7000镑押金而被迫放弃一个很好的房子,也在伦敦北部犹太人聚居的地区。卖家本来都很满意和我们交易,结果中介非要求我们交很高的押金,而且押金条款及其苛刻,最后考虑再三决定放弃。就是怕你遇到的这种情况。不过真的很喜欢那个房子。现在看到犹太人就提高警惕。

咒他爸死也是够了。。。如果是我,拿了退回的押金也把他的材料上报。。。

哎 我也在他们那里看过房子 他们的房源多就是因为不跟或者少跟卖家收取commission , 然后 在和买家收取commission 后来 在 Google map 看了一下他家评论很烂 态度也不好 还时不时的教育别人 从哪之后再也 没用过他们家 ,我也是建议楼主 继续告 不是你拿回钱来就完事了 如果别人没你懂 没你这么专业 要不回来也就要不回来了 为了更多的人别上当 或者少上当 用你的正义惩罚一下这个老赖 吧 虽然我最后没在哪里买房子 但是就算他有好房子我都不去他家看 君子爱财 取之有道

我租房子让当家的给中介忽悠给印度屋主交了6个月房租了,(just over 6 months clause), i was busy since begainning of this month, to get rid of this property! the landlord and agent was unresoable reaction, let me to make more thinking.
如果群里有懂租赁合同的高人, 求指教:怎样可以终结合约,同时需要新的房子, 坐标:northwood HA6.

没有好好看原文。这个中介瞎扣押金肯定不对,但是老百姓能交押金买房,说明这家中介还是有些办法的。
