在你拿到永居以后生的就可以
也就是说我女儿只能像我一样，满一年后才能申请？
在英国出生的话，在你拿到永居后就可以马上为其通过注册入籍的方式（MN1）获取英国国籍
随父母一方永居时候一起入籍。而且是18岁之前有效。
也就是说，你可以现在暂时拿签证，等几年比较确定了再入都可以。

4楼说的准确，可以立即注册入籍，前提是孩子在英国出生，如果是海外出生就不可以。
谢谢答疑，我女儿是在英国出生的，考虑到私立学校经常外出，所以入籍是最好的方案，免去繁琐的签证手续。
现在可以直接注册入籍。

刚刚注册MN1，9月30日寄出，11月中收到cert，整个过程一共7周不到，现在MN1都很快。如果你的council可以一起申请护照的话就更方便了
